Sirius Black, somewhere in his teens, spending Christmas at home with his family. Aww.

I'm not entirely happy with the coloring job, it's funny in some places and inconsistent in terms of detail, but it is better than I'd expected it to turn out since I just did it out of my head, on the spur of the moment with no reference or anything. And also it's nice to draw Sirius again. I have missed him so, even if I've grown a bit ambivilant about the rest of HP. *pets him fondly*

Wow, really nice. I love the idea and the execution.
He looks so alone; very different to the Sirius who hangs out at Hogwarts with all his friends.

I somehow knew it was Sirius from just the thumbnail. You nailed it. You really did. This is a brilliant piece. I love that there's sadness surrounding his body, based on his cradled pose and slouch, but there's strength and anger in his face and eyes. It's really striking, very Sirius. I love it.
